ORGANIZATIONS IN OUR AREA
The Tiffany Club of New England is about the largest
and most active transgender group in the Greater Boston area.
They have a building west of Boston and meet or have activities
at least twice per week.
PFLAG OF CAPE COD
The group Parents, Families, Friends of Lesbians and
Gays is truly an oasis of support for the transgendered and gay
people of Cape Cod. They meet on the third Monday of each month
at the First Parish Church (Unitarian Universalist) in Brewster.
TRANSGENDER RESOURCE GUIDE
This is a new web page with a wealth of informative links for transgender
people. Spend some time here. It will be well worth it.
FOR LBTG COUPLES
Secrets is a very TG friendly lingerie shop located
right in Wareham, MA. It is run by two absolutely sweet girls
named Tricia and Mary. They have many pretty items at very reasonable
prices. Innvestments once had a lingerie party for it's members
there and we all had a great time. Hours are Wednesday - Friday
12 - 7 and Saturday 12 - 4.

in the Berkshires. They are an education, support and social group

The XX Club is the transsexual support group of the
Gender Identity Clinic of New England, Inc and meets twice a month
in Hartford, Connecticut.
Promotes a positive self-image for cross-gendered individuals
in the community and in the media. Meets three times each month
in Farmington, Connecticut.
A "Renaissance" affiliated organization.
They are an open social and support group for the straight, gay,
lesbian, bi, transgendered, their SO's, wives and friends. Devon,
Transgendered web site for information and communication.
IFGE for short. IFGE is the largest and most prominent
organization in the Transgender movement. They publish an excellent
magazine called Transgender Tapestry, employ a full time staff
at their world headquarters in Waltham, MA, have a comprehensive
bookstore on transgender topics and sponsor about the largest
transgender convention in a different city each year.
The Mission of The Transgender Fund is to financially
support qualified initiatives
advancing the interests of the transgender community. Particular
attention will be placed upon collaborative education, research,
and public awareness programs among community organizations that
foster the well-being of transgender individuals, their families,
friends, and the population-at-large.
The TG Forum is a great resource and information center
geared to the Mtf crossdresser. It is put together by the people
at CDS publications. Among other things they publish LadyLike
magazine and provide Web Site Host services to over 20 transgender

your transgender needs. There are listings of TG Clubs and organizations
from all over the country. There are vendors selling everything
from clothes, jewelry, lingerie, and books to those special shaping
and padding items that some of us need from time to time.
Imagine spending a full week (or even a few days) living
full time as a women in one of the most accepting cities in the
world. This dream comes true for many of us each fall in Provincetown
on Cape Cod. There is no reason to hide behind closed doors in
this community. The shop keepers and restaurants greet us with
